Integratek was founded by our Director, Mark Sinclair, in the early part of 2023. Mark has been in the building services industry for over 26 years across Europe and Asia Pacific, successfully delivering large scale complex building technology projects. His passion for technology and innovation as well as value added solutions led him to launch Integratek with a purpose to bring building technologies together seamlessly, improving efficiencies and reduce cost in building operations in Australia.

Based in Perth WA with a small team of likeminded, passionate people, Integrateks mission is to reduce operational layers and processes by bringing a more cost effective singular centralised operations platform solution for building services and asset management. Offering real time system alerts for improved situational awareness and streamlining incident responses with automated processes and standardised workflows with enhanced and scalable integration regardless of vendor or technology.
